When you have service and repairs performed by an authorized TechNet Professional Automotive Service facility, you're covered by a nationwide limited repair warranty that extends across North America, for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Program Coverage

This Warranty covers the following types of repairs and services:

  • Air conditioning, heating and climate control systems
  • Brake system(s)
  • Clutches (clutch component or assembly repair and replacement)
  • Electrical system(s)
  • Emission control system(s)
  • Engine cooling system(s)
  • Electronic engine management (and other on-board computer) system(s)
  • Engine performance services
  • Exhaust system(s)
  • Fuel system(s)
  • Ignition system(s)
  • Other minor repairs
  • Starting and charging system(s)
  • Steering/suspension system(s)
  • Hybrid drive battery replacement(s) installed after July 1st, 2016

What Is Not Covered

You must pay for any non-warranty service you order to be performed at the same time as the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, and alteration or “tampering with” (by other than the Facility or Facility employees). This warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear. The Facility’s employees and/or agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty nor to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty.


How to Obtain Service

If you are reasonably able to, return to the original service center for service. In the event that you are unable to reasonably return to the original service center, contact the National Warranty Administrator toll-free at (866) 588-0728 to be directed to the nearest TechNet shop to handle the repair.

Assistance

Assistance You Can Count On


Flat tire, lost keys, empty gas tank, dead battery, or need a tow? We've made it easy for you to receive help anytime, day or night, with Roadside Assistance Coverage. TechNet Professional Automotive Service centers offer roadside assistance reimbursement with your qualifying service.

Program Coverage

Covered services are towing, lock-out assistance, flat tire assistance, fluid delivery, and battery jump start. To be eligible for this coverage, all you need is an invoice from a TechNet Professional location. Maximum reimbursement amount is one-hundred-and-fifty ($150.00) dollars per eligible incident per 365-day period.

How to Receive Reimbursement

Download and complete the Roadside Assistance claim form and submit with the required proof of service documents listed on the form. You can email these documents to mechclaims@sonsio.com, fax to 1-866-924-3668, or mail to TechNet Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659 Golden, CO 80402 in order to receive reimbursement. Tire Protection

A Protection Plan That Will Keep You Rolling


It’s smart to purchase a Road Hazard Tire Protection plan from a participating TechNet Professional shop because tire manufacturers don’t cover things like punctures or bruises incurred during normal travel. Add this plan to any eligible new tire purchase and installation to get coverage nationwide for up to 3 years against common road hazard events.

Program Coverage

Road Hazard Tire Protection provides three years of prorated coverage on your new tire purchase. Coverage is limited to the original selling price or the replacement selling price, whichever is less; and cannot exceed $399.99 per tire. Coverage is for 3 years or down to 2/32nds tread wear, whichever comes first. Road Hazard protection covers:

  • Punctures
  • Nails or Glass Damage
  • Bruise or Breaks
  • Potholes or Curb Damage
  • During the first 12 months, coverage includes flat tire changing assistance up to $75 and flat tire repair up to $25 per incident.

What Is Not Covered

  • Defects in Materials or Workmanship (covered by manufacturer of tire)
  • Fire, Theft, Vandalism
  • Off-road use
  • Accidents


How to Obtain Service

If you are more than 25 miles from the original dealer, you must contact the Warranty Administrator at (866) 588-0728 prior to any warranty repair work being performed. You will be directed to the nearest participating service center location. If there are no participating locations in your area, you may take your vehicle to a non-participating service center in your area.
